This is a simplified (scaled-down) version of a more advanced course designed for members of senior leadership teams. It will teach you a step-by-step process to make robust strategic decisions and create “the roots and trunk” of a strategic plan in a simple one-page format that will provide direction and focus for your team. Where appropriate, we will build out the rest of the strategic plan elements in the future and incorporate strategy execution best practices to accelerate implementation.

Note – The videos can be viewed at 2X speed. Please allow up to 4 hours to watch the training videos and complete this survey exercise. You don’t need to do it all in one go. Working through the prework in 1-hour chunks works best for most people.
It’s certainly going to make you think, but the quality of your strategic decision-making will be driven by the quality of thinking that happens prior.
